What the role is
What you will be working on
- Manage operational contracts to ensure systems are always available for training needs
- Develop workplan for Operationally Ready National Servicemen (NSmen) call-up
- Supervise the training of NSmen and Full-time National Servicemen (NSFs)
- Oversee administrative management (e.g. deferment, performance, promotion) of NSmen and NSFs
- Manage all inventory to ensure 100% accountability with zero observation and zero discrepancies from LAB Audit
- Keeping abreast of new information technology to provide an effective training environment
- Maintaining a safe working environment while operating efficiently within a given budget
- Developing and maintaining specialised knowledge in virtual simulation
- Ensuring high availability to support training
What we are looking for
- At least 6 years of work experience in Information Technology (IT)/programming
- Good communication and writing skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to lead and work effectively in a team
