You are responsible for leading a team of auditors to conduct safety system audits and/or no-notice inspections in Army units.

- Verify compliance with authorised practices, regulations, and instructions in systems, processes, procedures, and operations/training requirements - Develop guidelines and regimes for safe training, and review their relevancy and effectiveness - Recommend improvements in training tactics, techniques, procedures, and safety practices - Conduct safety compliance and system discipline audits in Army units - Ensuring comprehensive safety compliance across diverse Army units and training scenarios - Balancing the need for rigorous audits with the operational requirements of Army units

- At least 6 years of work experience in Internal Audit, Safety or any related field - Critical and analytical thinking skills - Knowledge of governance and internal controls - Strong report writing abilities - Proficiency in audit management and delivery - Good interpersonal skills Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
