What the role is
What you will be working on
You will provide administrative support for the division, which may include:
• Processing queries and applications for exemption from the requirements for admission to the Singapore Bar;
• Facilitating processes related to manpower needs and capability development for the legal sector;
• Supporting engagement efforts involving stakeholders in the legal sector; and
• Supporting preparation work for official trips and events.
What we are looking for
*Key Competencies Required*
• [Administration Management]: Deliver administrative services and solutions to support the organisation's operations
• [Secretariat Support]: Administer secretarial functions and provide support in secretarial matters relating to key stakeholders
• [Document Management]: Provide administrative support in the production of documents such as registry records, annual reports.
*Work Experience / Personal Traits*
• Diploma in any discipline. A diploma in law would be useful but not essential;
• At least 2 years of work experience in the administrative work and/or event planning;
• Highly motivated, with a strong sense of initiative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment;
• Strong planning and organisational skills;
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage people at all levels and work effectively both as an individual contributor and in a team setting; and
• Strong spoken and written communication skills.
Successful candidates will be offered a 1-year contract in the first instance.
