What the role is

As an Executive, Counselling and Student Welfare under the Guidance Branch of Student Development Curriculum Division 1, you will provide operational, logistical and administrative support to the branch.

What you will be working on

• Provide administrative, procurement, operational and logistics support in organising meetings, training courses and seminars • Provide support in administering various MOE IT systems (e.g. OPAL system) • Maintain databases and compile reports for timely and accurate reporting • Manage and handle enquiries from schools, divisions and agencies on events and programmes run by the branch • Establish and review processes to enhance administrative and operational efficiency

What we are looking for

• Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in operational and/ or administrative support • Prior experience and familiarity with government procurement procedure would be an advantage • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Powerpoint and Word), database management and other IT productivity tools such as FormSG • A dynamic, proactive and detail-oriented team player with good interpersonal, organisation, time management and communication skills • Ability to handle multiple tasks/ deadlines and meet the physical demands of providing on-site operational and logistics support on actual event/ training days In general, applicants can expect to hear from us within 3 weeks of the close of the application window.
