As a Senior Assistant Executive in the Finance and Procurement Division, you will provide administrative support in human resources, finance, Information Technology (IT) and other general matters for the Financial Schemes, Systems and Services Branch. You will also be providing support for operational matters related to the Post-Secondary Education Account (PSEA).

What the role is
What you will be working on
• Provide support in human resources and IT matters related to staff movement and systems access
• Assist in the maintenance and tracking of branch and division’s budget, as well as handling procurement and payment processes
• Perform system and financial transactions for PSEA and handle related enquiries from customers
What we are looking for
• Good interpersonal, communication and writing skills
• A team player who can work well under minimal supervision and tight timelines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel and Word) and readiness to work with IT systems
• Knowledge of using NFS@Gov and Gebiz would be an advantage
