What you will be working on
Partnering
- Work closely with the leadership team and business units on organisational design and solutions to drive workforce effectiveness and performance
Strategy
- Utilise HR metrics and analytics to monitor HR performance for data-driven decision-making
- Act as strategic advisor to offer insights to business units on HR matters
Development
- Conceptualise HR strategies in alignment with organisational goals
- Formulate and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices
Management
- Monitor Strategic Workforce Planning to anticipate future needs and support organisational growth
Implementation
- Lead HR change initiatives and processes to ensure stakeholder buy-in and smooth transitions
Leadership
- Lead and mentor the HR team, with an emphasis on collaboration and innovation
What we are looking for
- Experience in various HR functions, with a proven track record of conceptualising and implementing HR strategies and initiatives
- Experience in HR Business Partnering, with the ability to align HR strategies with business goals
- Digital fluency in data and analytics skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage various stakeholders
- Leadership ability to inspire and guide a diverse HR team, and to enhance organisational cultur
- Growth mindset with a focus on innovation and service excellence
- Experience in driving transformational HR strategies is an advantage
- Sharp sense of judgement and discretion in handling sensitive information
