What the role is
What you will be working on
We are seeking an independent and proactive Learning & Development Executive to join our Human Resource Team on a 9-month fixed-term contract. Reporting to a Manager, you will play a key role in curating and implementing training programmes, managing overseas business/training trips, facilitating industry attachments and engagements, and supporting digitalisation projects.
Design & Implement Training Programmes: Co-design, develop and implement training programmes to enhance staff skills and competencies, ensuring the training initiatives align with organisational goals and staff development needs. Assist with event logistics to ensure a smooth execution such as registration, catering and liaising with vendors.
Overseas Business/Training Trips: Coordinate and manage administration for overseas trips ensuring all travel arrangements are efficiently handled and aligned with organisational policies.
Industry Attachment/Engagements: Facilitate Industry Attachment programmes and engagements to support staff in professional development activities to stay industry relevant.
Professional Membership: Oversee management of professional memberships for staff to support their career growth.
Digitalisation Projects: Support the review and implementation of digitalisation projects to enhance learning and development processes.
What we are looking for
Pre-Requisites:
Proven experiences in learning and development, training coordination or a similar role. Experience with coordinating travel an advantage.
Strong organisational skills, keen attention to detail, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of digitalisation trends and tools an advantage
