What the role is

As a Senior Executive in the Student Development (SDV) department, you will be responsible for facilitating, processing, and executing programmes and activities aimed at student development.

What you will be working on

Your key responsibilities include:

Programme Facilitation: Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of student development programmes and activities.

Overseas Exposure Programmes: Coordinate and collaborate with all stakeholders to organise overseas exposure programmes for the College. Leadership and Management: Lead and manage student CCA clubs, mentoring programmes, and community engagement activities.

Project Management: Guide and support students in various student development projects.

Award Nominations: Review and compile nominations for non-academic awards.

What we are looking for

You should have at least 2 years of relevant work experience. Good organisational and interpersonal skills would be necessary pre-requisites. Experience in procurement, organising community engagement and youth leadership would be an asset. Skills Required: Proficient in MS Office (especially MS Excel for trip SOA and trip costing)
