What you will be working on

1. Prepare and manage sales invoices and agreements, maintain records of procurement activities. 2. Draft and maintain P&L, keep track of budget. 3. Follow up on accounts payable and receivables. 4. Work with stakeholders on sales orders, invoices, vendor purchase order reconciliation. 5. Ensure the product or service aligns with documented requirements and falls within the parameters outlined in the sales agreement. 6. Contract management and supplier relationship management. 7. Ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance guidelines affecting procurement processes. 8. Any ad-Hoc duties assigned by supervisor.

What we are looking for

1. Knowledge of accounting principles and best practices in accounts payable and receivable management 2. Familiar with Workday system 3. Proficiency in Excel
