This teaching role is in the School of Business.

As part of the role, the successful candidate is expected to fulfil the following responsibilities: - Conduct lessons for full-time diploma students and part-time adult learners. - Mentor students in applied projects to develop practical and industry-relevant skills. - Design and develop high-quality curriculum and course materials aligned with evolving professional standards. - Create and deliver customized workshops tailored for adult learners. - Collaborate with industry partners to integrate current practices and trends into the curriculum. - Participate in consultancy projects to bridge academic and industry needs. - Support strategic initiatives by actively participating in committees, student development activities, events, and competitions. - Lead the development and enhancement of programs, ensuring technical rigour and industry alignment. - Take on leadership roles within committees to drive innovation and excellence.

- Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Financial Planning, Wealth Management, or Business Administration, or professional certifications such as CFA, CFP, CA, ACCA, or equivalent. - Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. - Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment. - A passion for talent development, with a proven track record of engaging with youth and adult learners. - Proficiency in teaching at least two of the following areas: Advanced Accounting / Auditing and Assurance / Financial Planning and Wealth Management / Investment Strategies and Analysis / Robotic Process Automation (RPA) in Finance
