Centre for Learning Systems (CLS) oversees the professional development of trainers and curriculum developers in the Home Team. This includes building a conducive training and learning ecosystem such as smart classrooms to enable Home Team trainers to deliver training effectively and foster a positive learning experience. The job holder will lead the conceptualisation and implementation of the Phase 2 Smart Classroom project, ensuring timely completion and effective change management.

What the role is
What you will be working on
1. Manage the entire smart classroom project lifecycle from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & control to closure.
o Gather user requirements from HTDs, including conducting trials in sandbox environment to test feasibility of new smart classroom features and digital tools
o Put up approval for requirements and specification of requirements
o Handle procurement activities such as liaising with procurement team and preparing tender documents & evaluation proposals
o Plan and monitor renovation schedule, payment and project milestones.
o Conduct regular on-site inspections and progress review
o Work closely with key stakeholders such as contractors, estate management and HTDs to resolve issues, meet project requirements and timeline
2. Plan and execute change management strategy and activities.
o Develop change management plan
o Engage and communicate with key stakeholders
o Co-ordinate training activities
o Monitor progress, seek feedback and measure success
o Handle management reporting and presentation
What we are looking for
• At least 3 years of working experience, preferably in project management and/or change management roles.
• Able to work independently and multi-task to handle demanding project deadlines.
• Strong communication skills to engage both internal and external stakeholders.
This is a contract post that will expire in Dec 2027.
