What the role is
What you will be working on
Campaign Management:
· Plan, develop and implement effective campaigns in line with TP’s communications objectives and KPIs
· Identify marketing channels, media planning, production of various marketing collaterals and videos to communicate key messages for the organisation
· Monitor campaign effectiveness and analysing outcomes
Stakeholder Management:
· Work with internal and external stakeholders to support TP’s communications and marketing direction
· Be familiar with vendor management and work with creative and media agencies to execute campaigns effectively, in order to achieve key deliverables
· Work with the social media team to establish alignment with social and digital media efforts
Project Management and data analysis:
· Manage project timeline, deliverables, and budget
· Analyse and leverage on data to develop best strategies and tactics for campaign activations
· Report on project outcomes and provide After-Action Review (AAR) reports to facilitate learning and best practices
What we are looking for
· Qualification in Marketing, Communications or related disciplines
· At least 3-5 years of experience in marketing and digital marketing
· Strong profile of managing youth and digital trending platforms e.g. Telegram, Tik Tok, Instagram, Lemon8 etc
· Prior experience in implementing and executing a marketing plan from inception to execution.
· Strong understanding of marketing channels, search engine optimisation and search engine marketing
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Possess a collaborative attitude, self-motivated, proactive, and able to work well in a team-oriented work environment
