What the role is

The job holder will assist in the review of: • Job descriptions and recruitment processes; • HTA staff developmental initiatives; and • New staff engagement initiatives for HTA.

What you will be working on

• The job holder will work with the Centres in HTA to review and update the job description of all posts. • He/she will also assist the team in reviewing and streamlining recruitment processes, including research on recruitment best practices. • The jobholder will review HTA’s staff development framework to ensure HTA has a conducive work environment that supports the developmental needs of our officers. • He/she will conduct research on the best practices on staff developmental frameworks and initiatives. • He/she will provide support in staff development workstreams, including engaging HTA officers on their developmental needs. • The jobholder will conduct benchmarking against other agencies on their staff engagement framework and initiatives, and explore new staff engagement initiatives for HTA. • He/she will provide support in the organisation of HR-related events. • Undertake secondary appointments, duties or projects that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.

What we are looking for

• General Degree/Honours Degree. • 5-6 years of experience in human resource-related work. • Good organisational and analytical skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Able to work independently and be a team player. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively. This is a contract post that will expire in Dec 2027.
