What the role is

You will be required to do the following: • Support URA’s Physical Planning, Conservation and Urban Design Cluster’s management of public feedback, as well as documents and records (digital and physical) • Curate the content and improve the user experience for URA’s Physical Planning Group’s Internal Web Portals • Support the Physical Planning Group’s budgetary and purchasing matters, and preparation for events and exhibitions • Support Physical Planning Group’s Service Innovation

What we are looking for

Requirements • Diploma or Higher Nitec in related areas, e.g. Business Administration, Project Management • Able to work well in a team as well as work independently • Familiar in using Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint • Experience in User Experience Design and working with Sharepoint will be favoured.
