What the role is

You oversee operations for a camp, which includes the provision of camp services such as feeding services and estate management within Pulau Tekong.

What you will be working on

- Ensure readiness of facilities and associated equipment within the assigned camp complex - Maintain 100% readiness of critical ops facilities at all times - Maintain compliance with contract requirements and financial procedures - Work closely with other Government Ministries - Manage Real-Time Operations on Camp Services for both infrastructure maintenance and cookhouse operations - Oversee contract compliance and service delivery standards - Supervise staff and Full-Time National Servicemen (NSFs) under your charge Challenge(s) - Dealing with Real-Time Operations that require quick-thinking and problem-solving skills - Ensuring high standards of service delivery and compliance with contract requirements, operations and finance procedures

What we are looking for

- Education in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Building Engineering, Facilities Management or Food Science - At least 3 years of experience in institutional-like contract management, logistics, facilities, or Food and Beverage (F&B) management roles - Ability to think quickly and solve problems in a fast-paced environment - Skills in managing multiple stakeholders and prioritising demands - Forward-looking and customer-centric - Positive attitude with good leadership and communication skills - Adequate IT knowledge and proficient in MS Office (Applicants with no experience may apply.)
