You play a pivotal role in safeguarding Singapore's defence and security interests by managing the Current Readiness (CR) budget of the Republic of Singapore Navy (RSN).

- Lead the review of CR budget sufficiency and management of cashflow to meet RSN's Operations requirements - Develop and review plans to achieve CR budget marksmanship - Review the fund structure to enable monitoring of payments and commitments - Provide advice on financial policies related to CR budget utilisation to strengthen governance and compliance within RSN Challenge(s) - Optimising Current Readiness budget allocation given competing demands and finite resources - Facilitating change management in finance to strengthen governance and compliance

- Education in Accountancy, Business or Finance - At least 10 years of working experience in budget management or finance policy development - Conversant with financial policies, reporting standards and accounting principles - Good command of MS office applications, including Excel and Power BI - Experience in operating SAP systems - Leadership skills to collaborate with key stakeholders - Ability to work with large data sets to support data-driven decision making - Keen understanding of RSN's operational context, organisational structure and business functions is preferred Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
