What the role is

You are responsible for developing, reviewing and promulgating policies and guidelines relating to offence management, code of conduct and financial declarations.

What you will be working on

- Develop, review and promulgate policies and guidelines for offence management, code of conduct and financial declarations - Work with the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) and implementing agencies to design and develop processes and system requirements - Assess the severity of offence cases - Manage appeal and deviation cases Challenge(s) - Balancing various stakeholder needs when developing policies and guidelines - Ensuring clear communication of complex policies across different levels of the organisation

What we are looking for

- Good analytical skills - Strong interpersonal skills - Effective negotiation abilities - Excellent integration skills - Ability to communicate well with different levels of the organisation and stakeholders (Applicants with no experience may apply.)
