You will assist the Manager (Recruitment) and Assistant Director (Talent Attraction Division) in the recruitment process for Direct Entry Inspector, Direct Entry Sergeant, and Civilian Officer positions across various units within SPF.

What the role is
What you will be working on
• Ensuring a smooth recruitment process from job advertisement publication to candidate appointment.
• Collaborating and liaising with hiring units, the MHA hiring team, and applicants. Addressing queries from all parties involved.
• Shortlisting candidates.
• Conducting thorough checks on documents submitted by applicants.
• Participating in interviews as an HR representative.
• Ensuring timely and accurate entry of hiring data into the system for statistical analysis, management reporting, and monitoring purposes.
• Review existing recruitment policies and processes when necessary.
• Undertaking any other ad-hoc tasks as required.

• Good communication and writing skills.
• A results-driven approach with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Comfort working in a multi-tasking, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently whilst being a good team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
