What the role is
What you will be working on
You will be involved in migrating the existing MSE Intranet portal that was built on Sharepoint 2019 to Whole of Government (WOG) Sharepoint Online to improve overall navigation and discovery of information as well as make use of Sharepoint Online capabilities.
You will work closely with stakeholders including WOG Sharepoint Online Team and make recommendation on how content on the MSE Intranet portal should be streamlined and restructured.
What we are looking for
· Good written and verbal communication skills
· Knowledge of and familiarity with Sharepoint product
· Knowledge of product management, UI/UX design will be an added advantage
Poly/uni students on holiday/seeking industrial attachment positions or students awaiting enrolment to poly/uni can be considered for the internship
Period of Internship: Apr to Jul 2025
