What the role is
What you will be working on
You will be involved in the organising of initiatives and developing internal communications content for the MSE Family to foster a stronger innovation culture and raise awareness on initiatives that support organisation effectiveness.
This includes supporting in current and developing new initiatives such as (but not limited to) learning journeys, coordinating work with stakeholders, writing/editing articles, developing eDMs and other content on various internal platforms such as Microsoft Teams Channel and Sharepoint Site.
What we are looking for
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Clarity of thoughts and ability to synthesise findings into succinct insights
- Good interpersonal skills, agile and able to coordinate with different stakeholders
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to design graphics (e.g., Canva), take photos will be an added advantage
Period of internship: May to Aug 2025
