What the role is

Facilitating HQ's digital transformation through organisation development initiatives

What you will be working on

You will be involved in planning and implementing organisation development initiatives to facilitate HQ's digital transformation. Initiatives include leadership retreat, co-creation workshops, and digital transformation roadshows. Working with small team, you will work with a range of stakeholders such as HQ's leadership team, changemakers community, and staff, to better understand their painpoints at work, identify digital transformation opportunties, and co-develop practical solutions. You will also contribute to internal communications, such as designing EDMs and supporting half-yearly reports to recognise transformation efforts of teams and individuals.

What we are looking for

- Good written and verbal communication skills - Clarity of thoughts and ability to synthesise findings into succinct insights - Good interpersonal skills, agile and able to coordinate with different stakeholders - Strong project management skills - Some basic understanding of analytics, automation, and artificial intelligence - ability to design graphics (e.g., Canva), take photos will be an added advantage Period of internship: May to Aug 2025
