We are looking for an experienced, versatile and self-motivated HR professional to join our Human Resource and Organisation Development Division (HROD).

What you will be working on

You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of talent supply and demand in alignment with organisational talent requirement and workforce planning. You will formulate and implement succession planning and frameworks to attract, develop and retain talent in MCCY Family, engage our talent in career conversations, as well as administer talent management programmes such as scholarships and their postings. You will have the opportunity to work in other HR projects and initiative as required.

What we are looking for

Work Experience and Knowledge At least 3 to 5 years of relevant HR working experience in talent management and career development in the Public Service. Experience in Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) and Job Evaluation will be an advantage. Competencies Demonstrated the following competencies: 1. Policies, Processes & Legislation: • Understand and apply HR policies, processes and legislations to the organisation and employees. • Communicate key points of, and rationale behind HR policies and processes to employees and line managers. 2. Talent Management & Succession Planning: • Administer processes to identify, engage, manage and develop talent. • Maintain records of succession plans and monitor leadership development plans to track progress. • Gather data to evaluate effectiveness of talent management and succession planning initiatives. 3. Career Development (Talent): • Administer career development programmes such as tracking career plans, and rotation and transition of officers. • Gather and consolidate feedback on talents’ career concerns and priorities. 4. Organisation Design: • Ability to advise stakeholders on job design and apply appropriate job grading methodologies to ascertain job grades within the organisation structure. Behaviour Traits 1.
