Applications for the Ministry of Finance (MOF) Summer Internship Programme are now open. As an MOF intern, you will gain valuable insights and contribute to projects that support national policy-making and shape the everyday lives of Singaporeans.
Interns are required to commit at least 10 weeks between May to Aug 2025.
MOF's Finance, Systems & Projects Directorate is looking for undergraduates to undertake the following project.

What the role is
What you will be working on
Project: Communications Campaign for Deepening Knowledge Management (KM) Culture in MOF
• This project is part of the communications and engagement arm of the wider MOF Knowledge Management (KM) strategy. The intern will have the opportunity to develop a communications campaign to deliver a cohesive narrative across a variety of ongoing KM projects.
• Key projects and deliverables for this project are:
- Research and production of MOF Heritage articles, exploring MOF’s policy history under the context of SG60. The articles will be published on MOF intranet to promote knowledge sharing culture across Directorates within MOF.
- Development of a communications campaign as part of the change management strategy for two MOF-wide knowledge management system implementations. This will include production of comms materials, organising outreach events, planning employee engagement sessions, and producing info packs. The intern will also be expected to learn the suite of KM & IT tools available in MOF to understand the synergies between the existing and new systems.
• A successful candidate should ideally have experience with organising events and developing comms materials (e.g. posters, infographics, EDMs); a strong command of English; and be IT savvy with the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
