As part of the Transformation Office, you will play an enabling and integration role whilst working closely with LTA leaders and colleagues, in areas ranging from organisation-wide Leadership Enablement, Leadership Learning and Corporate Performance initiatives to Transformation and Innovation projects. On Leadership Enablement and Learning, you will be integral in the conceptualising, developing, planning and implementing of initiatives to partner LTA leaders to connect with and build their teams, and support them to better understand their roles as leaders that are anchored on shared values and ethical behaviours. You will also be part of the team to drive collective commitment and actions from leaders through organisation-level platforms to strengthen Climate, Connection and Conversations.
The Transformation Projects that you will be involved in, aims to spur innovation in LTA and partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders, through multiple platforms connecting senior management and staff, connecting proposals to organisational strategy, goals and outcomes, and motivating efforts through recognition mechanisms. You will be leading efforts to catalyse grounds-up ideation and Dare-to-Try initiatives, and supporting teams and colleagues to explore and solve real issues, where opportunities for digitalisation, process or system improvements or new capabilities are identified and unlocked for the organisation.
This role involves direct partnering with LTA senior management and engaging of Groups, Divisions and colleagues very closely, especially in areas on leadership enablement amongst leaders, internal-innovation in LTA, and leveraging on LTA’s LEAP intranet portal as a platform to outreach to both leaders and staff. You will have key roles in the management and governance of the LEAP intranet portal, as well as in LTA Learning Office managing learning-related awards and recognition platforms.
To be part of the Leadership Enablement & Projects Division in Transformation Office, you should enjoy working with diverse groups of leaders and people to forge deep understanding of their operations and help create meaningful change within the organisation. You would also need to be comfortable with creating communication materials and coming up with systematic processes, synthesizing information and data from diverse sources and have strong communication skills to engage senior management and other stakeholders.
