What the role is

The project will allow the intern to gain an understanding of HSD’s work in supporting workplace integration efforts in Singapore. Specifically, the intern will work on designing an online learning programme aimed at helping work pass holders (e.g. S Pass holders, EP holders) familiarise with working and living in Singapore. The project involves reviewing materials from existing integration programmes and materials and conducting research to propose a set of engagement/onboarding materials/initiatives for new work pass holders in Singapore.

What you will be working on

Intern will need to: • Review materials from existing integration programmes • Conduct research through interviews and focus group discussions with target audience to identify relevant and useful topics • Analyse findings to determine key content areas for the online module • Design an engaging and interactive online learning experience, or other relevant engagement initiatives • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and relevance

• Strong research and analytical skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Creative thinking and ability to design interactive and engaging online content
