What the role is

The candidate will support the planning and implementation of community, youth and schools' programmes by the Municipal Services Office.

What you will be working on

The candidate will be involved in performing research and proposing ideas on community and schools/youth engagement, taking part in the organising of community outreach and engagement events, admin duties such as data entry and utilising design skills to develop publicity materials for the programmes (e.g. EDMs, infographics, taking photos, producing short videos). The candidate may also need to prepare reports and presentations. The candidate will get to work with diverse stakeholders like other government agencies, community groups, youths and residents.

What we are looking for

• Have interest in community and youth engagement design and planning. • Experience in organising events and/or proficient in graphic design, photography and videography. Internship Period Requirements • Period of Internship: Jan to Dec 2025 (minimum commitment of 3 months). • Please indicate your availability in your application and/or if you can commit to a longer duration.
