What the role is

You handle National Service (NS) administrative matters pertaining to call-up and succession planning.

What you will be working on

- Support Brigade for Succession Planning - Support the conduct of NS Recommending board - Support the appraisal process for NSmen during In-Camp Training (ICT) - Support nomination of NS courses - Maintain good relationships with various stakeholders such as unit commanders and external agencies Challenge(s) - Balancing the needs of NSmen, unit commanders, and external agencies

What we are looking for

- At least 2 years of experience in Human Resource (HR) is preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Experience with SAP is advantageous - Strong interpersonal and communication skills (Applicants with no diploma but with relevant experience may apply.)
