The candidate will work with MSO Planning to study the growth in productivity for municipal services delivery in the last 5 years through the adoption of ops-tech solutions, assess potential impact of ageing workforce on municipal services delivery and propose phased sector productivity targets to achieve in the next 5 to 10 years.
