What the role is
What you will be working on
1. To understand the revised metrics and datasets related to Service delivery, and understand how users may need to monitor these pieces of data in order to create actionable insights.
2. To conceptualise and create Dashboards to enable easy user understanding, pulling data from MOM's databases, processing them, and creating effective visualisations using Tableau.
3. Where applicable, the intern may also run analyses on the datasets to generate insights which would aid in understanding MOM's service delivery better.
