Assistant Manager/Manager, Incentive Policy (Contract-12mths)
What the role is
What you will be working on
Design, develop and implement funding policies (which includes review existing grant schemes and developing new funding schemes where required).
Provide secretariat support in the streamlining of grant policies and processes.
Track and manage funding databases, and relevant data analysis work.
Coordination of grant assessment processes across departments.
Grant administration, including providing relevant and timely advice and support to both internal and external stakeholders, as well as evaluating applications for grants, and ensure adherence to good governance and funding conditions.
What we are looking for
Good degree
Project management/ Administrative experience
Experience in dealing with stakeholders and public queries
Administrative capabilities (eg: Data entry, excel etc)
Experience in handling data/databases preferred
Good interpersonal and communication skills
