The Assurance, Care and Engagement Group (ACE), a permanent division under the Ministry of Manpower, improves the well-being of migrant workers by enhancing the healthcare, housing and social aspects of the migrant worker landscape. As a member of the Analysis and Coordination team, you will be responsible for the overall management of datasets for the branch. You will be asked to derive insights and identify emerging issues through your analysis to support ops and policy reviews related to case management work. You will also be required to write and present well-structured, logical and objective reports on your findings. As part of the team, you will also oversee admin matters, project planning and budget management of key projects.

What the role is
What you will be working on
• Data management initiatives, including sourcing, cleansing, and analysing data to derive actionable insights for operational effectiveness.
• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimise processes, creating customised dashboards and reports to meet diverse stakeholder needs.
• Leveraging data for operational decision-making and performance improvement, presenting findings and recommendations to management.
• Drive service improvement projects, conducting reviews and process redesigns to enhance efficiency and sustainability in case management and other operational workflows.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for operational and data initiatives.
• Oversee administrative functions, including office administration, asset management, and procurement, ensuring alignment with corporate procedures and effective budget management.
What we are looking for
• Possess tertiary qualifications.
• Experience in data management, analysis, and evaluation.
• Good knowledge on statistical analysis, use of data visualization systems
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders at all levels.
