HR-Tech Adoption & Change Management:
- Implement new HR technologies and digital solutions
- Support the development and implementation of change management plans for new technologies adoption
- Develop related resources or training materials to nurture a digital-first mindset
Business Processes Transformation and Optimisation
- Analyse and improve HR workflows and procedures
- Implement process automation to enhance operational efficiency
- Monitor and report on operational efficiency KPIs
- Stay abreast of emerging HR technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential application within the organisation and recommending innovative solutions
Systems Management and Optimisation
- Identify and implement process improvements within existing systems such as Workday, Careers@Gov, Intranet, E-Registry etc.
- Collaborate with system owners to ensure seamless integration of HR technologies and resolve issues and suggest enhancements functionality
Data Governance and Records Management
- Implement HR records management strategies
- Enforce HR data governance policies
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations
- Support database management and optimisation efforts
Other Duties
Perform other duties as and when assigned
Experience
Minimum - At least 3 years of experience in HR role. Proficiency in HR information systems.
Desired - Experience in HR process improvement and change management. Knowledge of data analytics.
