Strategic HR Policy Development and Innovation:
- Assist in developing forward-thinking HR policies aligned with organisational goals and future work trends
- Support collaborative design processes for innovative HR practices
HR Research and Trend Analysis:
- Conduct research on emerging HR trends and best practices
- Analyse future of work trends and their implications for HR policies
- Support benchmarking of HR policies against industry standards
Capability Building for PA Future Leaders and Supervisors
- Develop resources and tools to support supervisors in effective people management
- Support the design and implementation of innovative leadership development programmes aligned with future organisational needs
Resource Management:
- Develop and maintain HR toolkits, manuals, and SOPs
- Ensure resources are user-friendly, up-to-date, and aligned with current policies
- Support the implementation of systems for easy access to HR resources
Collaborative Ecosystem Support:
- Support the implementation of knowledge-sharing platforms within HR
- Assist in seeking collaboration with external organisations for best practice exchange
Other Duties
- Perform other duties as and when assigned
Experience
Minimum - At least 3 years of experience in HR role. Experience in policy development or capability building.
Desired - Experience in implementing innovative HR initiatives
Knowledge of organisational change management principles.
