This position involves strategic engagement with enterprises and intermediaries (such as trade associations and chambers, and larger enterprises in their capacity as industry leaders) and development of effective digital touchpoints, to enhance awareness and adoption of SkillsFuture and Career Health messages and initiatives - particularly among small and medium enterprises (SMEs).
The role demands a proactive approach in understanding ground issues related to jobs and skills, developing relevant SkillsFuture solutions, and promoting a culture of continuous learning and skills development in alignment with our organisation's mission, vision, and values.
