We are looking for an energetic individual to be part of the Sector Planning team in the Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA). The successful candidate will be involved in ensuring the effective and timely provision of preschool infrastructure, as well as implementation/administration processes to provide accessible, affordable and quality preschool services for young families. This role will also provide opportunities to work with the preschool sector as well as industry partners to ensure the realisation of plans.

What the role is
What you will be working on
• Support the infrastructure planning team in the planning of preschool infrastructure and facilities
• Track and monitor preschool data and the development of facilities using relevant IT, geospatial and analytics systems
• Assist with and/or conduct planning studies and analysis
• Document preparation, data entry and extraction, and processing of invoices for grant disbursement
• Address planning-related enquiries from public and preschool sector
What we are looking for
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience
• Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
• Resourceful, meticulous and detail-oriented
