[Key Responsibilities]:
• Conduct benchmarking and desktop research relating to key PST indicators as required by the Strategy team
• Maintain and update resources on intranet portals related to PST
• Assist in the implementation and analysis of surveys related to PST
• Support the Director with secretarial duties as necessary, e.g. note-taking, scheduling appointments, etc
• Provide support for any additional tasks that may arise from time to time
