[Key Responsibilities]: • Conduct benchmarking and desktop research relating to key PST indicators as required by the Strategy team • Maintain and update resources on intranet portals related to PST • Assist in the implementation and analysis of surveys related to PST • Support the Director with secretarial duties as necessary, e.g. note-taking, scheduling appointments, etc • Provide support for any additional tasks that may arise from time to time

[Competencies Required]: • Keen eye for detail and ability to ensure that all work adheres to the agency's brand guidelines • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders • Strong team player with a positive work ethic and attitude • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Possesses competencies in organizational, communication, time management, attention to detail, problem-solving, flexibility, and confidentiality
