[Key Responsibilities]: • Create visually appealing and engaging graphics, decks, videos, animations, and other branding elements that can be used to excite and energize audiences across various platforms (e.g. mobilizing efforts for the PST movement, intranet/internet portals, social media) • Provide administrative support for various efforts in mobilizing the PST movement (e.g. organisation of HCS-Committee Chairs lunch, IdeasFest) • Support the Director with secretarial duties as necessary, e.g. note-taking, scheduling appointments, etc [3] • Provide support for any additional tasks within the cluster that may arise from time to time

[Competencies Required]: • Demonstrated ability to create visually appealing and engaging content, including decks, videos, animations, and other visual elements • Keen eye for detail and ability to ensure that all work adheres to the agency's brand guidelines • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders • Strong team player with a positive work ethic and attitude • Proficient in Microsoft Office and design software, with experience in video editing being a plus • Possesses competencies in organizational, communication, time management, attention to detail, problem-solving, flexibility, and confidentiality
