AI/LLM Solutions Architect

Our team is currently focused on designing and building AI and LLM systems using state-of-the-art model-serving and orchestration architecture. This includes working with transformer-based models, high-performance inference frameworks such as vLLMs, distributed training and serving stacks built on PyTorch or TensorFlow, and emerging interoperability standards like the Model Context Protocol (MCP). We are looking to expand our capabilities to include: • Designing and developing AI and LLM system architecture that can process and analyse large volumes of unstructured data • Managing our AI and LLM systems and integrating them with our existing data science, analytics and on-premise cloud ecosystems • Deploying AI-powered chatbots and virtual assistants Depending on your level of experience, you will be helping to: • Design, develop, deploy, and/or manage (portions of) the AI and LLM system, or solutions based on them • Recommend, evaluate, adopt, integrate, and/or build on new AI and LLM technologies and frameworks • Engage end-users, data analysts, data scientists, data engineers, and project managers in the planning, development, and delivery of AI and LLM solutions • Lead projects, mentor juniors, make technical decisions, and/or formulate strategies What we offer: • Opportunities for advanced training and professional development, including attending leading overseas conferences and courses • A collaborative and dynamic work environment with a team of highly technical and motivated colleagues • A chance to work on challenging, diverse, and unique problem statements that have a direct impact on national security

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Analytics or equivalent competencies. • Passionate about AI, LLM, and software architecture applied to the domain of data science and analytics • Self-motivated, open-minded, resourceful, and meticulous candidates. Able to work independently and in teams • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams • Ability to keep the overarching objectives and constraints of the project in mind while pursuing the technical details • Competent in at least one programming language (e.g. Python, Scala, JavaScript, bash).
