MSO is looking for interns to leverage on the latest digital technologies to bring our digital products to the next bound. We are looking for interns who are familiar working with large-language-models (LLM) to: - design instructional prompts to work with our digital products (Kaki Chatbot). Interns will work with MSO's developers to leverage on LLMs to enhance the user experience of the chatbot. - benchmark the ability of various LLMs in the market within the context of municipal feedback. - Interns will also look into redesigning the case submission process across MSO's digital products to be more user-centric. - Interns will also be asked to assist MSO in BAU (business-as-usual) tasks to ensure that our digital products are working

• Experience in working in AI related fields, specifically LLMs in local languages. • Experience in working on chatbots on popular messaging platforms (Whatsapp, Telegram, Instagram) Internship Period Requirements • Period of Internship: Apr to Dec 2025 (minimum commitment of 3 months). • Please indicate your availability in your application and/or if you can commit to a longer duration.
