You manage the Central Manpower Base (CMPB)'s eServices and backend administrative systems to deliver more citizen-centric service to pre-enlistees who are required to serve National Service under the Enlistment Act.

- Drive digitalisation efforts in CMPB for business excellence - Adopt Whole-of-Government (WOG) tools and inter-agency data sharing - Manage the outsourcing of CMPB functions to awarded vendors - Implement outsourcing of new business requirements - Monitor vendor performance - Uphold service delivery and operational efficiency Challenge(s) - Balancing citizen-centric service delivery with operational efficiency - Managing multiple vendors and implementing new business requirements

- At least 3 years of working experience in the field of systems and/or vendor management is preferred - Critical thinking skills and ability to provide a balanced assessment of issues/proposals - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team - Keen eye for details - Strong negotiation skills Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
