What the role is

You develop strategies, plans and policies for MINDEF/SAF's Records Management (RM) and Heritage Management (HM) ecosystems.

What you will be working on

- Develop strategies, plans and policies in MINDEF/SAF's Records Management (RM) and Heritage Management (HM) ecosystems - Conduct RM/HM related research projects that derive insights to support decision-making and organisational learning Challenge(s) - Deriving actionable insights from research to influence decision-making

What we are looking for

- Education in history or heritage-related studies is preferred - At least 2 years of relevant experience in leading strategic planning and organisational performance, and/or records/archives and heritage sector with involvement in project management, outreach and engagement is preferred - Keen understanding, knowledge and interest in the heritage domain - Strong interpersonal skill and ability to engage, understand and influence different stakeholders. - Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment (Applicants with no experience may apply.)
