This is a 2-year secondment opportunity for a public officer who is passionate about shaping ideas and advancing thought leadership in governance and policy.
As Lead Researcher, you will drive research that explores how the Public Service can navigate emerging challenges, build stronger institutions, and govern more effectively. You will have the opportunity to work on complex, cross-cutting topics such as governance models, technology for the Public Service, institutional trust, innovation, and policy development.

What the role is
What you will be working on
In this role, you will:
• Lead major research projects that surface new perspectives and deepen our understanding of critical public sector issues
• Publish and present insights that inform strategy, learning, and practice across the Public Service
• Convene high-level discussions, panels, or workshops with public sector leaders, domain experts, and thought partners
• Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including CSC Fellows and senior public officers

About Civil Service College
The Civil Service College (CSC) is a statutory board under the Public Service Division, Prime Minister’s Office. We are the central learning institution for the Singapore Public Service and we partner government ministries and agencies to develop people for a first-class public service.
