- Lead a faculty of instructors to conduct instructional courses, workshops and training - Employ effective pedagogies and learning technologies within a technology-enabled learning environment - Lead the faculty of instructors to conduct effective, efficient and engaging instructional courses Challenge(s) - Managing intense course workplan and heavy workload

- At least 10 years of relevant experience - Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) or Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) is advantageous - Strong leader with high EQ - Adept in training development and instructional competencies Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
