You will be involved in reviewing and refining existing programmes and services, engage and collaborate with stakeholders across various sectors to understand the needs/ gaps and drive the co-solutioning and co-delivery of solutions, secure resources needed to deliver more comprehensive and holistic support, and enhance accessibility for persons with disabilities so that they can achieve their potential and actively participate in society.

• Overseeing the corporate and governance-related issues for SG Enable; • Formulate, review and implement policies and initiatives in areas such as assistive technology, accessibility etc to serve the needs of persons with disabilities; and • Work with stakeholders across government agencies and SG Enable to co-develop solutions and implement initiatives. • Lead a small team.

• Preferable 5 years of working experience in public service with experience in policy formulations and reviews; • Possess good written and communication skills; • Ability to engage and build relations with carious stakeholders; • Detail oriented; • Diligent, resourceful and able to multi-task in a dynamic work environment; • Team player, and exercise initiative at work; and • Effective time management and good organisation skills, able to manage tight timelines and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced working environment.
