What the role is

Project title: AI integration and change management for WINS-Work Permit system 1) To investigate potential use cases for AI integration into WINS, leveraging best practices in public and private sector and innovative technologies, to enhance efficiency, decision making and user experience 2) To design and implement an engagement strategy to ensure effective communication, buy-in and feedback from internal and external stakeholders for WINS-WP

What you will be working on

1) To research publicly available use cases of AI for similar systems - focus areas could include process automation, data analytics, fraud detection and user support - Propose specific AI applications for new system - Evaluate feasibilty and potential challenges (2) To assist WPPO team in developing change management and engagement strategies, including conducting workshops, focus group discussions and analysis/sense-make insights

What we are looking for

Studying in fields of business, data science, mathematics, statistics, computer science / AI, engineering or equivalent; and interest in business transformation, change management and engagement
