Project title: Using data analytics to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness You will develop dashboards for ops users and analyse data using various data visualisation tools, identify trends, and turn insights into recommendations, which will improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.

To conduct desktop research, clean data, develop dashboards, analyse trends, distil insights and propose recommendations.

Comfortable with data and data processing tools, e.g. Excel, PowerBI or Tableau.
