What the role is

Project title: Dashboard development and knowledge management To develop dashboard to analyse trends on customer enquiries and reviewing standard operating procedures (SOP) to identify gaps and improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

What you will be working on

1) To develop a dashboard (e.g on Power BI) using information from the customer relationship management system (CRM) 2) To analyse the trends of the enquires and propose solutions to reduce escalation numbers 3) To review existing SOP to streamline process and reduce processing time

What we are looking for

1. Power query 2. Dax Language 3. Power BI 4. Mircrosoft office 5. Analytical skills
