What the role is

Project title: Reduce Service Demand for Work Pass Enquiries 1) Understand and uncover insights on customer motivations for contacting MOM via manned channels (e.g. call or email) on various work pass related issues 2) Propose strategies and solutions to address their concerns/pain points and nudge customer behaviour to remove the need to contact MOM and reduce service demand

What you will be working on

1) To Analyse customer data and enquiries using analytics models to establish possible motivations and hypothesis on reasons for contacting MOM 2) To propose strategies and plans to address customer pain points/concerns and nudge behaviour 3) To conduct user interview and testing

What we are looking for

1. Behavourial insights knowledge and familiar with user interviews and testing 2. Strong excel and data analytics skills and comfortable with handling large data sets
