What the role is

Project title: Improve Document Verification for Information Submitted in Work Pass Applications You will be part of a team to review, recommend and implement proposals to improve the document verification of qualifications submitted in work pass transactions to enhance customer experience while ensuring operational effectiveness.

What you will be working on

1) To review and improve the document verification processes for qualifications and other information /supporting documents submitted in applications 2) To design, develop, test and implement bots and AI solutions

What we are looking for

1. Proficiency in Robotic Process Automation (UiPath), Python, SQL or visualisation tools (Tableau or PowerBI) will be a plus 2. Knowledge of operations management or business process management is useful
