- Head, Digital Communications
CAAS is currently seeking a skilled and experienced digital communications professional to join our team. This is a newly created role to drive greater focus and further develop our in-house competencies, ensuring delivery of highly relevant and engaging content, and showcasing our stories in an innovative and effective way across our digital communication channels.
The Head of Digital Communications will be an integral part of the CAAS Corporate Communications (CC) division and will work as part of a highly collaborative and multi-disciplinary team of colleagues in ensuring that our digital communications would achieve our organizational goals. He/she will work closely with both CC colleagues as well as regulatory and policy teams in other divisions within CAAS, to oversee all aspects of online communications. This would primarily include corporate website(s), social media channels/platforms, and other digital forms of communications.
He/she will be expected to contribute to the strategic storytelling process, proactively capturing and leveraging stories across CAAS and strengthen CAAS’ position as the aviation sector lead, industry enabler and regulator locally and globally. A core part of the role includes developing and executing impactful communication strategies, projects and initiatives, leveraging upon relevant communication channels/platforms aimed at building mindshare, strengthening connections and engagements with targeted stakeholders at different levels and establishing thought leadership across the digital landscape.
